I'm not done with my beauty and health regime. I am not at all a head-turner, in actual fact. Unless I call up from behind la kan. But why let you ordinary-self be more and more ordinary?

I got meself a water bottle with 1.5l capacity and make sure i finished them all by noon. Since I still have my Teh Herbanika which I purchased during my short miscarriage confinement (or is it my maternity confinement way back in 2008? hmmm....), I brew a sachet each day and gulp down a mugful. See that blue mug? (mug ke tu, or is it tumbler?). Itulah bekas yang jadi mangsa merendam teh ku itu. Kalau anda anti jamu, harus lah jangan berani-berani cium mug tu. I usually drink a lot before noon and slowly decrease my intake noon onwards. Nanti nak balik naik keta nak terkucil susah taww. Kena pulak jalan jem. But always take opportunity kawan-kawan. Ever heard of kegel exercise? Go google.
Make it a routine kawan-kawan. Each morning, letak beg, on kan my lappy, terus isi air dalam bekas-bekas ku itu. Then it will become a habit you cannot do without. Like wearing your watch or spraying perfume each time after bath (sound like me, no?) When I attended Dale Cargenie few years back, we were taught 'practice makes permanent'.
Kalau depa caj air kat ofis ni, memang le daku yang bil paling tinggi. There's an after-effect as well, bil air dengan tisu kat ladies pun ku akan jadi juara he he.

saya practise time kes warded lama dulu jek, tu pon sbb surgeon yg suruh. Blk umah terus maleh sbb kes maleh pi toilet byk kali isk isk
As for myself, if at office I can minum 1 whole jug plain water. tapi bile during weekend, payah betul nak minum. tapi its good attitude to minum air.

Me, in chinese co office, mmg fenomena biasa ambik plain water kat pantry, but me ambik warm water masuk my 1l tumbler morning & lepas lunch 1l. My colleague ada yg pakai 3l tumbler pun ada.
